As a phlebotomist you will perform venipunctures, prepare and label blood samples, maintain a clean work area, and educate patients about the blood collection process while strictly following safety protocols. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in phlebotomy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Perform venipunctures and capillary collections accurately and safely.
• Prepare and label blood samples for laboratory testing.
