Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mental health and addictions sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of homelessness and concurrent disorders.
• Experience working within the homelessness sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in developing and implementing individualized wellness plans.
• Offer a strength-based approach recognizing client’s unique needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of serious mental illness and addictions

Experience in mental health and addictions sectors

Education

Post-secondary education in Social Work, Health Services, or Psychology
