Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking Registered Practical Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate home health care across our client base. You will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care while prioritizing safety and comfort in patients' own homes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RPN/LPN registration, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Fluency in English is essential; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in clients' homes with empathy and reliability.
• Assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and safety.
• Document care activities accurately and communicate with supervisors.
