Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 education, Manitoba standards.
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Food Handler’s Certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic supportive care as part of the healthcare team.
• Support clients with daily activities and personal care.
• Coordinate with the Home Care Program and supervisor.
• Maintain clear communication and document care tasks as required.
