TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Victoria, Langford, and Happy Valley. Earn top pay rates while building a meaningful career in a growing industry.

You will provide 1:1 care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules. Applicants should have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, be 18+, have reliable transportation, and hold a valid driver’s license (vehicle preferred).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and fully insured personal vehicle (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Light housekeeping and basic cleaning tasks.
