Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience in Adult Day Services is an asset.
• Experience working with adults with Alzheimer's and cognitive impairments is required.
• Must have a satisfactory Criminal Records Check.

Responsibilities

• Develop service plans for each client in the Adult Day Program.
• Implement and evaluate service plans in collaboration with families and the team.
• Assist clients with daily living activities as needed.
• Participate in group activities to stimulate client engagement.
