Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• 3-5 years' progressively responsible management experience.
• Ability to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.
• Recent driver’s abstract is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and profitability of the sales department.
• Provide the right mix of inventory to achieve sales goals.
• Manage and develop employees in the sales department.
• Achieve agreed market share goals for long-term success.
• Provide feedback into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Assist in the management of account receivables.
• Fulfill other assigned duties.
