Job summary

A regional Developmental Services provider in Timmins is seeking a Community Support Worker for a 10-month contract. The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to offer support to individuals with developmental disabilities and assist them in accessing community services. Applicants should have relevant education, two years of experience in a human service field, and a valid Class G driver's license. Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial link in the intake and case management process.
• Complete intakes and represent the needs of individuals.
• Assist individuals and families to access community and government services.
