A community support organization in Oxford Station is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving personal goals through effective community engagement and support services. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with compensation starting at $25.00 per hour. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication skills and relevant experience in social support work.

The Brockville and District Association for Community Involvement (BDACI) is a non‑profit, charitable organization, founded by family members, to work with, and on behalf of, children and adults who identify as having an intellectual disability. BDACI believes in the strength of community and the dignity of belonging. Our communities are most vibrant when we are all a part of them. Our support encompasses every aspect of people’s lives including their goals for education, employment, family support, housing, and recreation.
