• Registered Nurses providing skilled nursing care and personal support to clients.
• Ability to work with other community clients on a shift and/or visit basis.
• Experience in teaching and delegating tasks to different levels of workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to clients in the community.
• Plan care and collaborate with clients' care circle.
• Deliver services according to client schedules in schools and home settings.

Skills

Registered Nurses who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing

Current CPR certification

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Updated Immunization Records

Education

Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
