Qualifications

• Community Resource Specialist Certificate required.
• Cleared Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals contacting the 211 Line through various communication means.
• Provide information on diverse topics to address information needs.
• Triage calls to the Crisis Diversion Line and respond as per procedures.
• Participate in agency and community meetings.
