Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role or project support.
  • Valid BC Driver’s license, Class 5 and reliable vehicle.
  • Criminal Record check required including the vulnerable sector.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for community members.
  • Manage filing systems and perform accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Compile data for reporting requirements.
  • Track and process financial documents.
  • Assist with staff training and community events.
