Job summary

CBI Health Group is seeking a Community Physiotherapist in Greater Toronto West, ON. This is an independent contractor role focused on delivering high-impact, client-centred care in community settings across the region.

You will work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team, build customised treatment plans, and help clients move better, feel better, and regain independence through hands-on therapy and education.

• Treat clients with acute/sub-acute MVA-related injuries in community settings across your region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy in community settings across the GTA West region.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans for clients post-MVA.
• Support client education and self-management to maximize recovery.
