Shoppers Drug Mart invites interns to join a locally owned and operated store to gain hands-on exposure to pharmacy practice within a community setting. You will participate in delivering health, beauty, and convenience services while putting the customer at the center of our care approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OTC products, disease state management, drug therapy, and patient counseling skills.
• Teach skills necessary to manage a retail pharmacy.
• Prepare future pharmacists to be successful in a community setting.

• Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy.
• Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including patient confidentiality and consent management.
• Be clearly identifiable to the public.
