Job summary

CarePartners in Owen Sound, Canada, is seeking RNs and RPNs for full-time, part-time, or casual roles in community home care. You will deliver nursing services with flexible scheduling, ensuring patient dignity and privacy within a supportive team and award-winning programs.

Role involves in-person and virtual care across multiple settings, with a compensation grid reflecting nursing skill and hours. Benefits include EAP, health and dental coverage, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• RN or RPN degree or diploma is required and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing is expected.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required for regular travel.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A current immunization record including a 2 step TB test and a clear vulnerable sector check are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective care plan for Community Health Services, independently or with Ontario Health atHome.
• Provide nursing services to patients both in-person and virtually.
• Deliver services in settings such as in-home, clinic, retirement home or school.
• Communicate with patients, families and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Perform other clinical duties as required.

This is a Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual position in the Owen Sound and surrounding areas.

Hours of work are 8 am - 8 pm within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.

Wages

• For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RN per general visit range is $ 27.81 to $41.07 and the RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RPN per general visit range is $ 23.66 to $29.48 and the RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What The Role Involves

• Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
• Working with patients (both in‑person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
• Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in‑home, clinic, retirement home or school
• Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
• Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring
