Job summary

A community support organization in Victoria is seeking a Facilitator to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The role involves coordinating services, creating support plans, and collaborating with other providers. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent experience. Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, youth, or adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Possession of a class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate access to community and CLBC-funded services.
  • Assist individuals in identifying goals and resources.
  • Collaborate with service providers to respond to crises.
