This opportunity is open to Registered Nurses who are comfortable working a flexible schedule and are prepared to travel throughout the community. Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle. This role offers the opportunity to support public health initiatives while working collaboratively with clients, families, and community partners across the region.
Shift times: Monday to Friday from 08:18 to 16:30

The Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a client and family centered care model.
The CICC is responsible for the coordination of day to day operations and quality client care within designated clinical areas and supports the seamless movement of clients through the healthcare system and in accessing appropriate resources. The CICC supervises as well as serves as a role model and a resource to staff for clinical decision-making, the clinical assessments of clients and in the counselling and education of families. Reviews, analyses and makes recommendations on the development of administrative systems such as policies, procedures and standards of client care, adequate staffing levels, and a continuous quality improvement environment. Liaises with an interdisciplinary team for the identification, coordination and efficient utilization of resources.
