Interior Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) with expertise in public health to join our team at the Kamloops Public Unit in Kamloops, B.C.

This is a casual position. Days of work include days, evenings, from 08:00 to 16:30 on a rotating basis.

About The Role
The Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), within a client and family-centered care model.
The CICC is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring quality client care within designated clinical areas. They support the seamless movement of clients through the healthcare system and in accessing appropriate resources. The CICC supervises staff, serves as a role model and resource for clinical decision-making, conducts clinical assessments, and provides counseling and education to families. They review, analyze, and make recommendations on administrative systems such as policies, procedures, standards of care, staffing levels, and continuous quality improvement. The CICC liaises with an interdisciplinary team to identify, coordinate, and utilize resources efficiently.
