Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years client service experience in community development, health or social services.
• Minimum of three years working in/with an interdisciplinary team.
• Valid Drivers’ License and access to a reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the intake of new clients and assess program eligibility.
• Coordinate program activities with the team as directed.
