Qualifications

• College level graduate from an Engineering or Technical program.
• PMH/PM3 Certificate or ability to obtain.
• Experience in the petroleum industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain filing systems according to office procedures.
• Prepare, review and manage reports.
• Submit schedules to Program Lead.
• Deliver training programs to First Nations clients.
• Conduct site inspections of fuel systems.
• Plan & coordinate fuel‑related training.
• Register clients for training programs.
• Prepare and mail certificates to clients.
• Deliver spill response equipment to First Nations.
• Maintain equipment inventory and records.
• Provide technical advisory services to First Nations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
