A financial services company is seeking a detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal communications in Toronto. You will draft updates, assemble news digests, and manage content across teams. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications or related fields and possesses strong writing and organizational skills. This is a hybrid role on a 2-year contract.
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day internal communications for the Treasury & Payment Solutions organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting clear, concise updates, assembling weekly news digests, and managing recurring content across partner teams and enterprise channels.
This role is ideal for a highly organized communications professional who thrives in structured environments, works confidently with templates, and consistently delivers polished, brand-aligned content. The position requires strong writing, formatting discipline, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks with accuracy and speed.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Contract Length: 2 years (January 26, 2026 – January 25, 2028)
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST
Post‑secondary degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
Resumes must clearly outline writing or communications experience and any exposure to corporate, editorial, or structured communications environments. Writing samples or portfolios may be requested.
This is a two‑year contract with the potential for extension or conversion to full‑time based on performance and business needs.
