Job summary

A leading hospitality company is seeking a dedicated professional to manage communication strategies for their loyalty program. The successful candidate will create engaging content, lead marketing promotions, and collaborate with various teams. A Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field are required. This role is based in Burlington, Halton Region, Canada.

Job Responsibilities
  • Member Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies for loyalty program members. Create engaging, informative, and timely content across email, SMS, app notifications, and web platforms.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Lead content development for digital promotions, campaign materials, and marketing collaterals specific to the loyalty program. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand tone and loyalty objectives.
  • Internal & External Communication: Craft and manage communication related to the loyalty program for internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Ensure all messaging is clear, consistent, and supports program goals and KPIs.
  • Content Strategy & Quality: Maintain a high standard of content quality and alignment with the brand voice. Monitor engagement and performance of content, and optimize based on data insights.

Experience

Minimum 5 years

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, field.

Skills

Experience in content creation and communication, preferably within a customer engagement, CRM, or loyalty program environment. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, Experience working with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, CMS, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
