We’re looking for a Commissions Analyst (Permanent Work from home) to join our Revenue Operations team in Manila. The Revenue Operations team is central to driving the success of our go-to-market functions across Sales, Marketing, Launch, Customer Success, and Support. In this role, you’ll analyze and optimize operational data to deliver timely, accurate insights that strengthen decision-making and accelerate performance. If you enjoy uncovering root causes, spotting patterns, and collaborating across teams, this role will be a great fit for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Measure sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Calculate commission amounts for payroll across all performance periods.
• Build reports that help executives monitor trends, ratios, and key KPIs.
• Contribute to the creation of new global compensation plans.
• Standardize compensation and incentive processes across the company.
• Maintain and distribute the compensation plans database.
• Produce clear documentation to support audit and SOX requirements.
• Partner with the Team Lead to generate insights and analyze performance against budget.

What you need to bring:

• Previous experience in data analysis, ideally within operations or finance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ablility to manage high volumes of changes, workload, and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High level of professionalism, with regular interaction with executives.
