Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Mechanical industry.
• 510 years of experience in commissioning complex installations.
• Licensed in the U.S. or Canada (EIT or equivalent professional engineering membership preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage multimillion-dollar time-sensitive projects.
• Lead teams of employees and subcontractors.
• Prepare proposals for client RFPs and project pricing requests.

Skills

Mechanical: Proficiency in mechanical/thermal systems such as HVAC equipment

Understanding of Mission Critical systems related to MEP equipment

Self‑motivated with experience in MEP systems design

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to explain technical concepts

Education

Bachelor's degree or Associate degree from relevant technical programs
