Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical preferred.
• 3 years of experience.
• Experience in new product development processes and project management.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques: RCA, FMEA, SPC.
• Experience in filling and packaging technologies in cosmetics/pharmaceuticals/food & beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead site technical execution of the commercialization process for NPL projects, ensuring products are translated into stable, repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Establish process parameters and control strategies and analyze performance data.
• Resolve technical issues during launch and ramp-up; ensure manufacturability and process capability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Packaging Development, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and document site-based engineering trials and end-to-end line verification runs.
