Join a thriving insurance team in Windsor as a Commercial TSR / Account Associate!
This exciting full-time, in-office role offers the opportunity to utilize your insurance expertise while supporting a dedicated team that protects what matters most. If you’re passionate about client service, have a strong background in commercial insurance (surety/transportation/liability experience a bonus!), and are RIBO licensed, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 20 client interactions daily, assisting with marketing and remarketing initiatives
  • Support brokers in providing exceptional customer service and managing client account details and requests
  • Process policy changes, issue certificates, gather information, and handle customer requests
  • Collaborate closely with brokers and internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
  • Support the growth and retention of existing accounts while contributing to overall team success

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid RIBO license in good standing
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, bonus if you have experience with Surety bonds!
  • Knowledge of fleet coverage is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team setting

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Previous experience in commercial lines insurance
  • Familiarity with client service and insurancecoverage solutions

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, ON
  • Willingness to support a busy team with flexibility as needed
