Job summary

Al's Tirecraft in Burgessville, ON, is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to service and repair tires at commercial client locations and on the road. You will drive to locations, operate safely, and document all work performed with precision.

You will balance and rotate tires, respond to after-hours roadside calls for fleets, and contribute to a clean, organized shop environment when not on the road. A valid driver's license and eagerness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Commercial Wheel Installer Certificate preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with exposure to commercial fleet vehicles.
• Well-developed communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Commercial Sales Consultants/Service Advisors to obtain work orders and customer requirements.
• Install, balance, rotate and repair tires at commercial locations and roadside locations.
• Conduct after-hours emergency roadside service calls for commercial fleet customers.
• Accurately complete all documentation related to service work and work orders.
• Deliver tire maintenance programs by visiting assigned locations for fleet checks.
• Maintain service vehicles, shop and equipment in a safe, neat, and clean condition.
• Handle inventory receiving/shipping for shop materials.
• Interact professionally with commercial customers.
• Assist Passenger Light Truck Tire Technicians as required.

• Professionally interact and communicate with Commercial Customers.
• Assist Passenger Light Truck Tire Technicians as required.
