Job summary

Kal Tire in Calgary is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to install, repair, rotate, and balance tires for commercial vehicles, delivering high-quality service while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial tire installation, repair, and maintenance is an asset but not required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for on-site service and roadside assistance tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage for a secure workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial vehicles with safety and quality in mind.

• Perform inspections and maintenance, including checking inflation, tread wear, and overall condition to ensure tire safety, efficiency, and performance
• Communicate services performed by providing insights and recommendations for repairs and maintenance to improve vehicle performance
• Deliver professional fleet, roadside, and off-site tire services for commercial vehicles, minimizing downtime with fast and efficient support
• Adhere to Kal Tire’s safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence
