Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B commercial market share growth with a focus on premium and luxury premium appliance brands as well as electronics office and home furnishings through active solicitation customer sales presentations and closing.
  • Meet targets performance plans in cooperation with the Director of Sales
  • Meet with Director of Sales one-on-one to review performance progress and targets. (Monthly)
  • Utilize Saleforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes
  • Provide expertise on high end appliances across varying brands to prospective clients depending on application
  • Analyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps.
  • In cooperation with the sales Director create innovative programs for upselling and implement innovative go-to-market strategies in an effort to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder / developer industry and or related trade channels.

  • Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads
  • Develop sales presentations for presentation to prospects
  • Ensure on-site presence for all site deliveries ensuring schedules are being met.
  • Resolve any customer issues and customer complaints developing solutions and making recommendations to management
  • Work in liason with commercial sales customer care team to deliver exceptional client experience to our customers both B2B commercial customer and individual.
  • New business development in harmony with divisional goals and KPIs
