WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, or retail food environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
- Proven ability to lead under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for customer service and creating enjoyable experiences.
- Prepared to work in a physically active environment with regular lifting and extended periods of standing
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow within the IKEA organization.

- Take initiative to solve problems and improve operations, especially during peak periods.
- Work hands-on with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
