What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2 to 6 years of courtroom experience in civil litigation
  • Strong interest or familiarity with commercial tenancy law and insolvency issues
  • Proven ability to draft pleadings, conduct discoveries, and manage files through all litigation stages
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and responsiveness in fast‑paced environments
  • A high level of professionalism complemented by a strong work ethic

Nice to have:

  • Prior exposure to insolvency‑related commercial tenancy disputes
  • Experience working within or alongside multidisciplinary legal groups
  • Confidence in court appearances at various levels of the judiciary

Preferred education and experience:

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution
  • Demonstrated success in managing civil litigation cases from start to finish

Additional requirements:

  • Willingness to participate actively in firm meetings and collaborative teams
  • Ability to work three days a week in the office and two remotely, with most team members working full five‑day weeks
