The Role: Commercial Project Coordinator
Reporting directly to the Commercial Project Manager.

- You juggle multiple projects with ease, coordinating every detail while keeping timelines and budgets on track.
- Project files and documentation are always organized, up to date, and easy for the team to navigate.
- You uphold standards and specifications flawlessly—nothing slips past you.
- You provide steady, reliable support to the Commercial Project Manager, helping keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
- You oversee material ordering and on-time delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience on small/medium and commercial construction projects and/or related education
- Experience with reading and understanding construction drawings

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam & Document Control Platforms
- Proven skill in coordinating details on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets
- Engineering Degree, Construction Management Degree, or a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation
- Team player with a proactive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
