The Role: Commercial Project Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Commercial Project Manager.

  • You juggle multiple projects with ease, coordinating every detail while keeping timelines and budgets on track.
  • Project files and documentation are always organized, up to date, and easy for the team to navigate.
  • You uphold standards and specifications flawlessly—nothing slips past you.
  • You provide steady, reliable support to the Commercial Project Manager, helping keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
  • You oversee material ordering and on-time delivery schedules.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience on small/medium and commercial construction projects and/or related education
  • Experience with reading and understanding construction drawings
