Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial functions, ensuring efficient processes and contract compliance
• Provide accurate monthly reporting and commercial insights to senior management
• Develop and monitor budgets, driving cost certainty and financial performance
• Oversee contracts with supply chain partners and manage sub‑contractor agreements
• Support final accounts, risk management, and governance to ensure robust commercial performance
• Manage, mentor, and inspire the commercial team to deliver consistent results

Job Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in highways maintenance or a related field
• Experience managing overall contract performance
• Previous team leadership and management experience
• Ability to constructively engage with people from all levels of the organisation
• Background as a Managing QS or Senior QS with experience managing teams previously.
