They are currently seeking an experienced commercial account manager to service an assigned portfolio of business. Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, serving as the main contact for all policy, coverage, and service-related inquiries
  • Prepare, review, and process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other policy documentation accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage that meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through coverage recommendations, cross-selling, and proactive risk management advice
  • Maintain thorough client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while delivering exceptional service
Qualifications
  • RIBO License required
  • 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance account management
  • Experience with Powerbroker is an asset
  • Familiarity with commercial insurance market trends and regulations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
