We are seeking an experienced or motivated to train candidate to join our team. In this role, you will generate new business, maintain client relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions to businesses. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex commercial coverage needs while contributing to the growth of the brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering solutions for property, liability, commercial auto, and more.
  • Negotiate coverage and premiums with insurance carriers.
  • Manage an active book of business, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing client support for policy renewals, adjustments, and claims.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall brokerage growth.
  • Participate in broker training, building upon prior commercial lines support role experience.
Qualifications
  • RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license.
  • 1+ years of experience in Commercial insurance sales is an asset but not required.
  • Account manager or support role experience within commercial lines of business, setting a foundation for broker/sales training.
  • Prior experience in a Personal Lines broker sales role also an asset but not required.
  • Some knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options.
  • Good communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated skillset of meeting sales targets.
