Our client, a boutique insurance brokerage in Calgary, is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Advisor to join their small, collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of the business but wants to work in a supportive, relationship-driven environment — not a high-pressure, production-heavy setting.

It’s a great role for someone who has some commercial experience and wants to expand their knowledge — training and mentorship are available for the right person, but they are also open to more seasoned people too. There is a very competitive commission structure for any new business written.
Administrative support is provided for processing and paperwork so you can focus on your clients. The team works together on-site in a bright, open-concept office just minutes from downtown, with free parking available nearby.

Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta).
Knowledge of multiple markets and comfort navigating insurer portals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Supportive, tight-knit work environment that values teamwork and integrity.
Competitive salary + commission with growth potential and performance-based incentives.
Monday to Friday schedule with consistent hours (no evenings or weekends).
Administrative and underwriting support so you can focus on client relationships.
Ongoing education and development opportunities.
