• Provide support in managing a portfolio of high-value commercial insurance accounts.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation.
• Communicate effectively with insurers for competitive coverage terms.
• Review and process policy documents and endorsements.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records.
• Assist the broker in client meetings and account planning.
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
