Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose system issues and complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and system checks.
• Work with rooftop units, split systems, ventilation systems, and related commercial equipment.
• Read work orders, service records, and technical information carefully.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards, site requirements, and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, building staff, site contacts, and internal team members.
• Maintain accurate service records, notes, and job documentation.
• Identify worn, damaged, or failing components and recommend next steps as needed.
• Support clean, organized, and professional job site practices.
