Your Opportunity

Stantec is seeking a Contract & Procurement Professional with a background in large infrastructure programs to work within our Program Management group. This is a position requiring excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of an integrated Stantec-Client multi-discipline team to successfully deliver capital projects.

The Contract & Procurement Professional would be accountable for supporting low to medium complexity procurement processes and contract administration in delivering assigned outcomes related to the execution of project supply chain strategies, sourcing strategies and/or sourcing activities following established processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of consultant contracts for the NSSWTP.
• Ensuring invoices are received, reviewed, processed and paid in a timely manner.
• Receiving and distribution of consultant invoices for review and approvals.
• Tracking and reporting costs.
• Administration of consultant agreements including determining scope of work, writing award letters, modifying contracts and coordination with Metro Vancouver Finance Department.
• Provide administrative support to the NS Commercial & Procurement Teams. This may include data entry and extraction, internal reporting, updating meeting minutes, claims & changes coordination.
