This role will attract individuals who have a passion for working as part of a team to deliver a superior experience to business clients. Individuals with experience in the financial, retail or service industry, some sales‑team background, who are comfortable engaging with clients and committed to continuous learning and self‑improvement are most likely to thrive in this critical sales support role.

What will you do?
  • Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day‑to‑day banking operations.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, plan and deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing contact programs to forge strong relationships with clients by staying in touch, providing value‑added service and meaningful advice.
What do you need to succeed? Must‑have
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and sales success.
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web‑based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications).
Nice‑to‑have
  • Post‑secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred (e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce, or equivalent on‑the‑job learning).
