The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll use your commercial insurance expertise and relationship‑building skills to expand an established book of business. Working closely with an experienced Account Manager, you’ll provide clients with tailored insurance solutions while ensuring a first‑class experience at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop new commercial client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
  • Advise clients on insurance products, coverages, and risk management strategies.
  • Prepare and present new business submissions to insurers and close sales opportunities.
  • Partner with your Account Manager to deliver seamless client service.
  • Follow up on client accounts, ensuring timely payments and outstanding issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling.
  • Build your professional network through active community involvement.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, insurer offerings, and new products.
  • Continue your professional development through training and ongoing education.
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and care.
