As a Commercial Account Executive, you have the opportunity to promote HUB’s full suite of insurance products and services from a recognized global leader in the industry. The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., discretionary draw plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected draw plus commission will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Due to the variable nature of this sales‑based compensation structure, more definitive prospective information is not possible.
