Job summary

A regional health authority in Canada is seeking a Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist to work in-person covering Grandview and Roblin. The successful candidate must have the CLXT certification and be prepared to handle shifts including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will be flexible, analytical, and work well independently.

Float position to cover Grandview and Roblin. Travel to Roblin required.

May consider Cross-Trained Technologist. CLXT (Combined Lab and X-ray Technologist) preferred.

Position Overview

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technician certificate.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Valid driver's license, where required by the job.

Physical Requirements

• Working shifts, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Participating in standby and call-back duty will be required.
• Rotate through various workstations as required.
• Exposure to all hazards and dangers incumbent in working in a laboratory and imaging department.
