An excellent starting salary awaits when you come on board as a Collision Service Representative, on track to become a Collision Estimator.

Automotive experience preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a knack for math and numbers, loves being around cars while our technicians restore vehicles to their pre‑damage condition.

We’re seeking candidates who present a positive attitude, are self‑motivated, can multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Honesty, integrity, job commitment and the drive to succeed are the qualities you possess.

With 6 state‑of‑the‑art Collision Centers Ferman is one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area and one of the most forward‑thinking and progressive automotive groups in the industry.

Responsibilities Include

  • Train to become an Experienced Collision Estimator.
  • General administrative and Guest service tasks.
  • Greet Guests.
  • Check‑in damaged vehicles to be repaired.
  • Communicate with Guest and update them on vehicle repair status.
  • Assist Estimators with administrative paperwork.
  • Balance vehicle repair orders.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

  • Accuracy and proficiency with numbers.
  • Automotive Experience Preferred
  • Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent Guest service.
  • Bi‑lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
  • Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
  • Excellent verbal & non‑verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem‑solve.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test.
