Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a collision/body shop.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and workflow of the collision centre.
- Lead, coach, and support technicians, estimators, and staff.
- Ensure quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
- Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and suppliers.
- Monitor shop performance and drive improvements.
