Qualifications

• Minimum two years working as a Collision Centre Estimator.
• Knowledge of SGI or other insurance partners’ processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Team player with high integrity.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and write damage appraisals.
• Manage staff and processes for repairs.
• Communicate with adjuster, staff, and customers.
• Work with GM on financial forecasts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technicians.
• Follow industry safety norms.
• Coach and mentor staff.
