What You’ll Do
  • Greet walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
  • Answer and direct phone calls cheerfully; schedule estimates.
  • Explain CARSTAR’s repair process, insurance claims, payment procedures, and delivery timelines.
  • Educate customers on CSI/NPS surveys.
  • Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments.
  • Collect and record payments; assist with A/R.
  • File repair orders accurately in the management system.
  • Provide warranty information and perform follow-up sales calls.
  • Maintain front office and reception area.
  • Respond to Google reviews and encourage positive feedback.
  • Engage with the community and manage social media presence.
  • Attend daily release meetings and other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (retail preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Call center or sales experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
  • Valid driver’s license.
