We’re looking for a Collections Systems Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role’s core function is to ensure continuous improvement and stability within the department. This is achieved by serving as a specialist who rapidly takes ownership of all new tasks, conducting a thorough workflow analysis to optimize processes and reduce manual effort, and then handing over the streamlined task to the designated team member. You will also provide critical operational support by assisting with the departmental review of team members’ work, performing various complex account reconciliations, and supporting the successful integration and optimization of new systems acquired. You will continuously collaborate with cross‑functional departments and assist the project lead in organizing overall workflows and strategies.
