Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Able to provide a clean driving record with no major violations over the last 3 years.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage to front-of-store with manual equipment.
  • Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain product signage; clean space and secure damaged or defective product.
  • Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
  • Manage backroom by organizing stock; monitor and report inventory levels; evaluate and process damaged product; re-pack product; organize backroom materials; complete required paperwork.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.

Role Details
  • Work Location: Cold Lake & Bonnyville
  • Contract Term: This is a temporary assignment expected to run from October 2026 to the end of January 2027.
  • Part-Time Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday shifts, with an expected commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursed at $0.62/km.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
  • Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
  • Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
  • Manage backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.); completing any required paperwork.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance
    • Consistent kneeling, squatting and reaching above the head
    • Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
    • Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Qualifications
