Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in an academic setting, supervising students and directing research.
  • Relevant experience in the field of Human Factors.
  • Experience in experimental design, inferential statistics, systematic review, and meta-analysis.
  • Experience with the development of research funding proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the research vision to achieve research goals.
  • Direct junior lab members and design systematic review studies.
  • Analyze results and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Interact with industrial and academic partners for research collaboration.
  • Author scientific publications and present at conferences.

Skills

Expert-level knowledge of experimental design, inferential statistics, systematic review, and meta-analysis
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
General knowledge of research trends and methodologies in human-interaction
